"Trés deçu par l'enseigne Sheraton"

Douche defectueuse dans la chambre Aprés commande du dejeuner a la piscine il se trouve qu'il n'y a pas d'eau (ni grande ni petite bouteille) disponible. Est ce normal ? On me propose un jus a la place. 30 minutes pour etre servi au bar sur le roof top autant de temps pour regler l'addition. Trés deçu du Sheraton mais pas etonné du service en Algerie. Une formation dans l'hotellerie est necessaire pour un grand nombre du personnel.

"Still enjoyed my stay"

Positives - good wifi, good pool, good room service Negatives - poor buffet and poor breakfast both expensive for low quality, smoking in all public areas including dining areas, lifts etc, ATM did not work for the whole week I was there and was advised it had not for the week before. I appreciate it is not the hotels ATM but they do quote it as one of their plus points. No Sheraton pen in room to steal. Could not get a boarding pass printed when needed.

"hôtel besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement."

séjourné dans cette hôtel ou lorsque vous demander un service d'étage de reparer une fuite meme 5h après et 3 relances personnes n'intervient. l hôtel est loin de mériter ces 5 étoiles. j'ai été très déçue.

Dans l'ensemble ça va sauf quand il savent qu'un étranger ne connaissant pas la monnaie du dinar ils en profite pour vous prendre des sous et oublie de vous donner un justificatif ainsi qu'une facture penser à la demander à chaque fois que vous posez des sous

Personalen kunde inte engelska och var allmänt otrevliga. Vi fick ingen städning under vår vistelse på tre dagar. Hotellet håller inte alls den vanliga Sheraton standarden!

"Je cherche les 5 etoiles"

Séjour de 4 jours. Arrivée tardive mais j'avais prévenu et un réceptionniste désagréable heureusement son collègues à prit la suite. Le roi service nul. 45 minutes d'attentes pour devoir les rappeler 3 fois car il manquait des choses. Le salon de coiffure qui est certes indépendant mais dans leur hôtel est pas du tout professionnel voir insultant exemple des pince noires sur le chignons d'une mariée brune. Heureusement Brahim un responsable clientèle à été tres pro ainsi que le responsable restauration. Je remercie egalement le bagagiste. Je compte sur eux pour que leur hôtel devienne un vrai 5 étoiles surtout qu'ils vont avoir les JO
