Palace Hotel Lake Como

Our stay at the Palace Hotel in Como was overall a fantastic experience and one we would happily recommend. We arrived earlier than expected, and it was a great surprise that our room was already ready for us. After traveling, this made a big difference and allowed us to settle in right away. The room itself was amazing—spacious, well-equipped, and with a spectacular view that really elevated the whole stay. The hotel’s location is another major highlight. It’s perfectly situated with easy access to everything we needed, and being just across the road from the ferry terminal made getting around Lake Como incredibly convenient. Parking at the hotel was also straightforward and hassle-free, which is always a plus. The facilities were excellent, particularly the gym, which was modern, well-maintained, and far better than what you typically expect from a hotel. Throughout our stay, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always seemed happy to help. That said, the welcome experience could have been a bit more informative. We weren’t given key details on arrival, such as where breakfast was served or the location of the gym, and had to reach out later to get that information. It’s a small thing, but having that upfront would have made the check-in feel more complete. Overall, this is a wonderful hotel in a prime location, with great amenities and a welcoming atmosphere. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Como.
