Quality Inn Blackwell I-35

Our stay was nice. The check in was fast and friendly our room was clean and comfortable. When the batteries died in our door they immediately moved to a room next door that was the same as previous room. Fast friendly staff.

Located right off the interstate. Hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly and accommodating. Excellent Mexican restaurant located right across the parking lot.

Staff was amazing. Alarms were going off but were quickly fixed. Breakfast was good.

They couldn’t find my reservation, the bathroom shower was filthy with dirty handprints on the shower walls and it smelled terrible in the bathroom.

I liked the fact that there was someone there all the time. SWe had a very late check-in and there was someone there to help us. We had very good service.

I did not find anything that I did not like.

The hotel is pretty, clean,and quiet. The room was a nice size, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom is updated and very clean. The woman who checked me in was very friendly, which was nice after being on the road alone for 5 hours.

The only reason I didn't give it a 10 is that the "bedspread" was very thin, more like a light blanket that should go underneath a bedspread. I was too tired to ask the front desk about getting an extra blanket, so I just turned up the heat and was comfortable.

The front desk help were really welcoming. Lobby and breakfast area were clean, hot breakfast was like other hotels. Rooms are dated, not real clean and the cird around the mattress was higher than the mattress itself. Very hard mattress.
