Good location, well appointed , good sized room. Short walk into Aosta old town.

At check in the receptionist while initially pleasant , made it clear that booking with booking.com was an inferior booking. ‘ oh you booked with booking.com, it looks cheaper but you don’t get breakfast, you have to pay for it ‘. Ok do we paid for it. The WiFi code is there to scan ‘it’s free’ with a smirk! We asked about parking the car in the underground garage ‘yes, it’s free’ another smirk ! It’s the first time I have been made to feel uncomfortable about booking through booking.com. After returning from town we asked for decafinatted coffee for the room, although the receptionist looked (a different one to check in) there was non to be had . Breakfast was fair, but the dining room was empty and staff were cleaning around us which was uncomfortable, coffee we had to ask for there was no self service.

Siamo sempre stati svegliati dalla luce dell'alba perché le tende non oscuravano sufficientemente. Troppo strette.
