Il fatto che il problema sia stato prontamente risolto dalla receptionist con l'assegnazione di una camera diversa e superiore.

La camera assegnata inizialmente aveva un problema di temperatura, all'interno facevano 27 gradi e con anche due cani non era possibile stare. Il bancone reception era spesso scoperto
