Problème de climatisation qui n’a pas fonctionnèrent la nuit alors qu’il faisait plus de 30° à l’extérieur Hotel bruyant, dès que l’on ouvrait les fenêtres, ce qui était indispensable, vu la chaleur à l’intérieur

Location: closeness to city centre

Airco was broken > had to sleep in 27°C room. No compensation. There was hair of previous guests on the pillows in the couch. Bed's were VERY HARD, combined with broken airco we couldn't sleep.

Bij aankomst kregen we een kamer net ondr het dak. Omdat het eenzeer warme dag was, slaagde de airco er niet in om de temperatuur in de kamer onder 29 graden te krijgen. We hebben dat gemeld en vlot een andere kamer gekregen op het gelijkvloers.
