We wanted the suite, very big and comfortable. Easy secure parking. Restaurant on site. Great location. Staff very nice.
Hard bed. Didn't have hot water sometimes. Problems with our key not working.

The hotel is very nice but we never got a hot shower during a two day stay. Particularly disappointing the day we came in out of the rain. Also, although not the hotels fault, the neighbourhood is kind of grubby with lots of garbage on the street.
