I flew into Birmingham with no information about checking into this property, after numerous phone calls that just went through to a receptionist who could not get a hold of the property owner I received a "confirmation email", in this email it stated a completely different property. I eventually got some emails back stayed I had been double booked and they were putting me in this place (it was 30 minutes walk away) which entirely did not work for me. We ended up having to stay here for the first night and then moved to the original property but in the shared bathroom room. Which I was told I would be compensated for, which I haven't been yet and don't think will ever happen. The place itself had many issues in terms of cleanliness and black mold but honestly after everything it was the lesser of the issues. Towels were never replaced, just picked up off the floor and hung back up, shower keeps clogging so had to turn water on and over in order to not flood the place. In the process of getting a refund.

"Will not come back"

Book an en-suite accomodation but being given a room with toilet next to the kitchen which can be used by anyone( not really ensuite). No Information given on check in procedure ending up have to call them to get access to the room. No hot water in the toilet. weird girl knocking on the door accusing other people throwing her food in the kitchen in the bin . supposed to stay there for 2 days for work ending up Leaving the property early as no privacy and book another hotel. i’m now claiming a refund ( hopefully will get one) for a room that is not fit for its purpose and totally not as described
