Beds terrible, and carpets worried bodily fluids soaked in them

The beds were very bad I felt a lot of springs. They were very broke down.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The property was very rundown with many items needing repair.

Friendly and accommodating staff! Generally clean room & surroundings. Great variety of breakfast!

Noise from freeway and street the property is located on. Dresser & table too large for space, made an otherwise nice space seem cramped (not great for a claustrophobic person). Mattresses too springy for my back & slid off boxspring too easily. Property has trees that drop prickly seed pod balls all over the walkways and lawn areas.

The staff and the facilities were fine. The staff was very friendly and the towels and linens were given when requested without question. The waffles were good in the breakfast area.

The problem I had was not necessarily something that the facility could correct. I need a very specific mattress to sleep on. The mattresses were way to soft for me so by the last night I could not get comfortable and could not sleep. I tried sitting in a chair, but by that time I really could do nothing.

The place was good just not safe at night. A lot of homeless around the area. The room was clean except for dirty carpet.

Breakfast was good and clean , many tasty foods and beverages....

Could of had bagel and cream cheese is a plus.....

The staff was very welcoming and helpful! Check in was quick and easy, the room was small but clean and the bed was super comfortable!
