If you expect to arrive after 20:00, please contact the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Free on-site parking is available and can accommodate large vehicles including trucks and busses. Please note that there is a 1.8% charge when you pay with an American Express. If a credit card is not present on check in, a $100 cash deposit is required. Please also note, our Reception scheduled hours are as follows: Monday - Friday: 8am-5pm, Saturday - Sunday: 9am - 3pm. Please note hours may vary, should you be arriving after the hours listed, please contact reception prior or alternatively should you not reach us in time, there is a phone located on the front of the reception doors which will automatically connect you to our external reservations team whom will gather the required booking information, who will then also provide you with the code to the safe located to the right of the reception doors which will have an envelope under the bookers name, along with a key and instructions on how to locate the rooms.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Great would love to comeback in september but prices are up."

Location great Ironman triathlon not so good. Beautiful pool, 2bedroom room fabulous. Receptionist really friendly and helpful.

Power switch near door very dodgy, wobbly, made me a bit nervous to use, one switch operates all lights in the room including the bedside and bathroom. No power point near beds. Tiles missing from outside stairs a bit dangerous.

"Proably one of the worse hotels booked - left 2 days into our 9 day stay as didnt feel safe"

Very basic. Doors only had press button lock and a number of loud people around the area. Thin blankets and very thin old towels. no soap on one of our rooms; small ants throughout the rooms. Other "guests" loud and throwing rocks into the pool - did not feel safe. Next door neighbors up to 5am playing music and singing. Rubbish bin not emptied for ??? - very odorous and smell wafted up to rooms (health hazard).

Location was close to where I wanted to be. Room was clean. A basic room but had a microwave and kettle and fine for an overnight stay .

We had a loud continuous scraping noise coming through the walls every few seconds. I thought it was the pool pump and would stop later in the night but the noise continued and I could not sleep well at all because of this. I think our Room 306 must have been located next some some mechanical maintenance room near the stairwell. Toiletry items provided were only soap so luckily I had some shampoo on hand.
