Best Inn & Suites

The staff seemed very welcoming, but the hotel is very rundown and needs remodeling. It was nice that the rooms had microwaves and refrigerators, but it still needs to be renovated. There were also a lot of people wandering around outside at every hour. I didn’t feel safe.

Dirty

Don’t let the word “BEST” fool ya! My room didn’t have a table or chairs. I had to use my bed nightstands as “table” and sat on my bed as “chair” to eat my foods! Bathroom was disgusting, toilet keeps making random “flushing” noises every 5 minutes. Shower water pressure was very slow and it took up to 4 minutes before you can get hot water. Tv works but I couldn’t get my remote to turn to other channels except Food Network channel. Only good thing is they got microwave/fridgerator. Also, parking lot was small and facing the 8 East highway. It’s my first and LAST visit to that inn.

Pillows smelt of cigarettes. Sink counter was marred and dirty. Bugs in the bathroom at night.

Requested downstairs room because of total knee replacement seven weeks ago Worked out perfectly

Bed had crumbs in it when I pulled back sheets .. the whole area needs to be remodeled it's only nice thing was the patio which face nothing but it was just the space
