When you call to get clean wash items told you can walk over and get them or we can come in an hour or 2!!!! No elevators to use to bring your stuff to your rooms. No bar tender and or staff to wait on you in the restaurant waited 30 minutes to get a drink order in.

"If hotel gets a make up it will be great!. It has its charme!"

Breakfast was good, interesting setting but ok

The cleanliness in the room was not good, spiderwebs, dirty windows etc...old property which needs to be refurbished and polished. Rooms really need a make up. Our room was directly at the entrance, it was not a resport but more a Motel. Disappointing for us

I stayed over Thanksgiving with my 3 daughters as we had tickets to Santa's village for the following day. The staff were very friendly, the room was comfortable and the girls loved the heated pool.
