"Hilton Garden Kent Narrows "

Arrived and checked in. Entered our room 324. Wife found hair on the soap in the bathroom. The shower had some mold and lastly the toilet bowl had a crack. We went to the front desk explained what we found. They apologized and moved us to a different room 102. Arriving to the new room the door was ajar and I had difficulty closing it and setting the dead bolt. The bathroom shower fixtures were faulty. Fill spout was 1 to 2 inches from the tiled wall and I could see the copper pipe. The shower control plate was loose.The door to the rooms porch was hard to open and the door hinges looked to have failed. Last thing was only one trash can in the room. Not happy camper!!!!

We loved the Junior Suite for our family of 4 because it had doors that separated the room. So they had their own little "apartment". The view was lovely and our room was right at the end, so every window we looked out had a view of the bay. We were able to walk to dinner at the Jetty nearby and the food was great there too.

Location restaurants walking distance

Dirty wash cloths in the room from prior persons stay yet we’re charged a non refundable pet fee despite our pet being a registered ESA. Our room was not available at check in time due to another staying an extra night, but the room given had a rooftop in the way of view. You can exit many doors to patios but you can’t key back in those doors
