The location was convenient and the dining area was nice. The room had enough storage, the bed and pillows were comfortable.

I wasn't thrilled that my room wasn't cleaned for the 3 days I was there. For the price charged, breakfast should be included.

"Great room for a weekend stay"

We arrived just after check-in (3 pm on a Friday) and the room was already perfect and ready for us on the 4th floor (the top of the hotel). We had two queen beds with three huge fluffy pillows each and lovely down alternative bedding. Local channels, Netflix, and YouTube are available, but we just wanted to crash. We passed the pool on our way in- it was curtained off from the hall, which was a very appreciated touch. There is also a dining area on the way in on the first floor, with offerings from breakfast to basic pub fare and hummus. It was nice to know there were options for food and entertainment if we were in search of activities beyond family. The shower pressure was great, and the room was super quiet. We had no idea if anyone was staying in rooms near us or not despite the parking lot being full the entire weekend. That says a lot. The next time we are in need of a room, we will make sure to stay here.

When I left. Dirty shower used soap just sitting there. Fruit snacks in chair. So basically not cleaned.

The room the atmosphere and the vibe made me feel uncomfortable to ask staff for anything
