Victoria House Motel and Wine Bar

Enormous room -- really well appointed. We were arriving late, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend and would stay again without hesitation.

We loved the room and the house, it was all lovely. We were treated very well.

It would have been nice to have plates and knives in the room to go with the toaster that was provided. We also found the bed hard.

Staff are warm and friendly, room spotless and comfortable and breakfast delicious!

Moccona coffee instead of Nescafe? Lol ( from a coffee snob)

Location convenient to family

Arrived at 4:30 and bed was not made but room had been cleaned. On the second day the r room had been cleaned but towel and hand towel not replaced and we had t o share one bath towel. No phone so could not request another and no one In reception ion the morning. Was told we would get a rebate for not breakfast on Christmas Day but no-one available when we checked out so could not follow up on that. The garden and surround could do with a good tidy up.

The owners can’t do enough for you & they act like they’re (good) family
