Location and comfort of the room.

Restaurant - food quality was poor. Facilities around the pool were disappointing and the spa had no availability on the two days we were there. One therapist across three hotels isn’t sufficient. If this is all they can manage then guests should be contacted ahead of time.

The hotel is opulent; full of marble and gold. However, the room amenities are not consistent. Slippers and Kleenex in one room and not im another. Also, water leaks because of the half shower door. No TV in the room in some rooms. Upside is that the staff are nice and professional and the hotel is close to many shops etc.

Incredible hotel, all the facilities and amenities are great and the room is super comfortable. Melanie at reception was super helpful and accommodating. Gym is great and had great equipment and the pool area is beautiful.

I checked in at the hotel. 1-The receptionist told me to cancel the reservation on booking and they will book it direct I will get a discount price.Also the receptionist does not know how to communicate with the guest no enough information 2-I was charged GHS 1,367 by Oxford No.1 Hotel Ghana on 13th October as a withholding, but the amount was fully withdrawn from my account instead. I was assured it would be refunded, but until now, nothing has reflected back.Its a month past I contacted both the hotel and my bank, and the issue remains unresolved. This experience has been very disappointing, especially given the lack of clear communication and delay in refunding my money. I expected more professionalism and transparency from the hotel’s finance team and reception team .
