Number One Oxford Street Hotel & Suites

The room was nice and very modern. Water was always hot which is a plus for me. Staff was very friendly and accommodating!

Room was nice. Public space is a bit small, lobby and the restaurant can get crowded at times. Breakfast was good, bed comfortable. Main downside is that it can be noisy during rush hours because of a busy intersection the hotel is overlooking.

The hotel has excellent service. My butler was amazing. They accommodated all my requests. They have an Indian chef - Satya. Who arrange Aloo paratha for us for breakfast. I wish the spa lady would be more accommodative in terms of timing

Daniel the Butler at Number One, who assisted me during my stay, was excellent!! He checked on me throughout the day and assisted me with almost everything, including ordering takeout to be delivered to my hotel room. The entire staff, from security at the gate to the housekeeping staff, was excellent! The hotel is very safe, and I always felt welcome, and the staff greeted me every time they saw me and assisted me with my bags from shopping. They also offered to walk me to the ATM down the street to get more cedis money as I was out. I enjoyed my 8-day stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and had every amenity you would want in your room.

You could hear the traffic from outside throughout the day and night. I wish they had a wider variety of breakfast foods on the menu and buffet. I scheduled a private car with the hotel to pick me up from the airport upon my arrival, but no one showed up. I waited for 30-40 minutes outside the airport and called the front desk several times...they only answered me once. I had to call an Uber to pick me up.
