"Pleasantly Surprised"

My first impression was that it might be a bit run down. The building and grounds could use some work. The rooms, however, were updated and very nice. I didn't need it, but the washer and dryer are a plus.

"For $100 it was fine for a quick overnight"

It was right off the highway.

The back door was broken and wouldn’t even close tight so there was no security from people who could just walk in. It was really worn down and needed some renovations.
