Vollkommen unkompliziertes Ein-und-Auschecken. Sehr freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Wunderhübsch eingerichtetes Appartement. Tolle Dampfsauna lädt ein zur kurzen Entspannung.

Perfect location, nice old builing :) not too complicated comunication

Very clean, comfortable and in an excellent location. The place is located in a historic building. We also enjoyed having a view from the window, and how easy it was to walk to all the places of interest nearby.

La dimensione dell’alloggio è sicuramente uno dei suoi punti di forza: gli spazi sono ampi, ben distribuiti e rendono il soggiorno confortevole anche per più persone. Inoltre, la posizione centrale rappresenta un grande vantaggio, in quanto permette di raggiungere facilmente a piedi i principali servizi, i mezzi di trasporto e le attrazioni della zona.

La pulizia della camera lasciava un po’ a desiderare: era presente della polvere e le lenzuola avevano alcune macchie, probabilmente già esistenti e non eliminate durante il lavaggio. Se l’ambiente fosse stato nel complesso più pulito, questi dettagli sarebbero probabilmente passati inosservati. Un vero peccato, perché la camera era molto bella, luminosa e spaziosa, e l’arredamento risultava curato e piacevole. Va segnalato anche che la stanza si trovava all’ultimo piano di un palazzo storico privo di ascensore, il che ha reso un po’ faticoso il trasporto dei bagagli.

The big room in an ancient fancy apartment building is a walking distance from the main plaza. Very clean and comfortable. There was an assortment of teas and coffees as well as bottles of water and a fridge. You can take your first cup of coffee or tea in the room seated at the table.

Despite the 65 steps to get to the room everything was fine!

The shower is very good. Location is excellent. Bologna is wonderful.

Did not realise that it is one room with two beds in it; i.e.. zero privacy for the four members of our travelling group. The booking.com profile should make this very clear with photos of the room with two made double beds in it and the written description should include mention of this fact to avoid disappointing future visitors.

Great location and a lovely room with plenty of space in a beautiful old building. The gentleman who let us in was friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the crisp snacks, water and coffee. Beautiful tiling in the bathroom and with a Turkish shower option that was great. Comfortable bed (but see below).

Arriving for a fixed time check-in is difficult when travelling. A one-two hour arrival time window would be better (and we anyway still needed to message on arrival). The bed seemed comfortable, but there was some plastic content in a protective undersheet I think. We realised only on the last day that this was probably why we got so hot and did not sleep well.
