The Majestic Hotel

I liked how friendly some of the staff were, especially the manager! She couldn’t do enough to help and she was so friendly and welcoming!

Would have loved there to have been an all inclusive option

Great location , 10 minutes walk to Fira town , breakfast buffet main dishes different daily. Staff is attentive and special shout to Sindy of front desk helping and contacted taxi company which I booked via Booking.com as it was 25 minutes late from pick up time to airport. I stayed in a volcanic view room and was amazing. Everything exceed expectations.

Unforgettable view, great room, awesome breakfast, very nice fitness center, game room, pool. Your lifeguard was very friendly and helpful, great guy. We had dinner at your hotel on Tuesday 5/6, and our waiter was fantastic! You are lucky to have him on your staff. He was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My wife loved the music too!

TV options limited for Americans (FOX, maybe?). But that’s a minor thing, we certainly understand.

Great spot . Very helpful staff . Annest was very helpful and attentive . Volcano view is road side , ground floor might be a bit noisy if you’re a light sleeper . I slept really well second level volcano side . Property is one of the better ones on the island. Would stay again

Staff were absolutely fabulous and attentive. So welcoming and they knew who you were which made it a very personal experience. They surprised me with a cake on my birthday. The hotel is clean and the views are amazing. A wide choice of hot and cold dishes for breakfast. Location is walking distance of Fira. We had a car and parking could be a problem at times. Highly recommend and we would stay here again.

This hotel is literally 5⭐️ hotel but like in a budget. Almost feels too good to be true to be this good in such a good price. The hotel is just a few minutes walk away from Fira town center so really easy to go around even without a car. Room were spacious and clean, even had nice balcony. We even got an upgrade from garden view to volcanic view. The pool was amazing, we spent most of our time there. Breakfast is goooood. The restaurant where we had dinner one night was top notch too! Lots of facilities like gym which we didn’t even use but we did enjoy the little playground for kids. We had an amazinggg stay here. It really exceeded my expectations. The staffs here were the friendliest I’ve ever met in my life! Like all the staffs. from the lifeguard in the pool who greeted us with fresh towels for after swim and donuts for my kids to when having breakfast they would remembered our usual cappuccino orders 🥹 and the receptionist were the best of them all, sooo welcoming and sweetest with our kids. They even gifted my girls stuff duckies which they loveeddd and which is the best souvenir am bringing from Santorini. All in all amazing 👏🏼
