Best Western Garden Inn

The motel is very clean and neat. The staff were kind and helpful, the breakfast provides the basic food and good. I worried about the noise since it is next to the highway when i first arrived. But surprisingly, it’s quiet during the night. Recommend!

Breakfast was ok. Room was clean.

They had a drink machine labeled orange juice but it had some kind of flavored drink not orange juice. The road crew shut down the freeway feeder road at night leading to hotel so it was hard to find a route to hotel. There was a stale smell in the air but once I sprayed air freshener and turned on AC the smell went away.

Was afraid at first I won't be able to sleep because of noises from the highway but I was wrong. It was noiseless.

They gave away my room key and I got robbed

Reception. I felt like my business mattered. John was very friendly and professional. The hotel has joining rooms which makes it nice when traveling with my sister or daughter. Allows us to share space without fear of going outside after normal hours.

Wear and tear. Old grime. Doors, walls, carpet, base boards needed cleaning. Seems to be the norm these days. It would be nice if they allowed tge cleaning crew to focus on deep cleaning when it is slow.
