Super comfortable and clean. Rooms are spacious and the coffee shop place is really good. Rooftop bar is very nice. Breakfast was good. Lat but not least, staff are exceptional, very friendly and accommodating.

I found this boutique hotel beautiful, elegant, and thoughtfully designed. I was initially a little concerned that, having just stayed in a riad in Marrakech and with another riad stay planned in Rabat, I might find a modern accommodation less appealing. However, Kaan pleasantly surprised me. Its contemporary aesthetic is inviting, soft, and intentional, creating a space that feels welcoming rather than overwhelming. I particularly enjoyed the lounge and restaurant (Kantine) areas. They are beautifully designed and comfortable, and made me want to sit down and eat almost all the time (ha ha 🙊). The food was good, with a wide selection available at the breakfast buffet. The rooms are also beautifully designed, combining style with practicality in a way that makes the stay both comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, Kaan offers a wonderful balance of modern elegance, comfort, and warmth. I would happily stay here again.
