The hotel feels a little dated but it is all very clean and a great price.

It is modest but at a low price, it is quite good value!

Rooms are a little stuffy. There is no A/C, so walking into the room, it seemed a little stuffy. I guess A/C not necessary in a cool city like Baguio, and conditions improved once I found the fan mm. Still…

the check in area is different from the main entrance , it can be confusing to the guest especially if you have baggages

The refrigerator is nothing more than a fan in a box with a blue light. They have had these ‘chillers’ for a few years now and are useless. My thermometer showed 18°C. It was cooler outside. The initial double bed mattress was like the base of an ensemble bed, very hard and you could feel the springs. On request the staff installed the only other spare mattress ( a foam single mattress which went on top of the original) . I repaired the shower head, which kept flopping down & aiming at the wall. On previous stays a staff member had assisted with the bags. No male staff were seen or arranged to assist on arrival or for departure. The gym has been moved & has a reduced amount of equipment.
