Location right on Legarda Rd. TAXIS are abundant. Breakfast is inexpensive at 100 pesos.

Bathroom is clogged. Air-conditioning is extra charge at 500 pesos per night. Hallways are quite dated and dingy.

Location was very good

The room was cold, the bedding was cold and appeared to be damp. There was no heating in the room the night temperature was between 13 and 15c. We couldn't sleep because it was too cold.
