Everything was as expected for a newer casino resort. Many dining options as you would any casino.

Excellent, unforgettable

My husband was experiencing a medical situation and the staff was very helpful and supportive, especially the Security staff. Getting me a wheelchair, getting us to our hotel room and then to the car when we left. I am very grateful for their help.

The people next door let their kid scream from 11pm-12am and 3am -5am. Didn’t sleep very well. Was too late to switch rooms, wish someone would have talked to them.

My only complaint is no 24hr room service. Your hotel is leterally in teh middle of nowhere. Please offer 24hr room service!!!!!

Stay was very nice, pleasant.

Went to Hard Rock Live to see Iration Their entrance set up for crowd control was top tier. You entered through their weapons detection and bag check made it to the end of a hallway where your tickets were scanned, then you doubled back through concessions, mobile bars and the merch booth. It made getting your items and concessions prior to entrance super easy. The acoustics in the venu were great, there was a large GA area that was standing room only. The entire live area wasnt as large as I anticipated it would be, we sat in section 202 and the view was great. There was some damage to one of the Megatrons near the stage so it was blurred in part of the screen, and the sound was off during Bikini Trills set causing the lead singers sound to be over powered by her guitar ans bass player. The show was great, you could feel the music in the stands which made the experience better. The chairs however were super uncomfortable, I was shifting in my seat alot during the concert trying to get comfortable.

Great room. That's about it. It's located in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by fields and dust devils. You have to struggle to get Unity credits for purchases. Flavorless food. Barely any any music playing, and what was played was at a very low volume. The brand is dying, maybe. I stood on the lobby for a long time, not an employee to be found. Not worth the money.

Everything functioned as it should

This place is the biggest scam of them all, the machines are tight as they get,food is crap, atmosphere is smoke filled. Service is hit and miss staff and security is rude. Tile on the floor is cracking. Clothing is knock off crap and expensive. Should have a 2 star rating at best.
