Impressive employee that check me in. The next day during check out, she remembered my room number without asking. A very impressive, attention to detailed person. She adds value to your organization :)

While trying to check in on line, when it got to the part to add my photo, it kept indicating error, I could not complete checking in on line. But that's OK, it was a more pleasant experience dealing with the hotel staff person at the counter
