I didn’t get the room service, the tea were finished, room table was messy, the blind was broken and aircon was not working.

The lift was broken and it wasn't repaired during our two day stay there was no phone in our room to book a taxi and when we asked at reception we were told no one could come to fix the phone until tuesday (it was a long weekend) The hotel had no atmosphere and you had to another hotel to get breakfast the bar in the hotel was closed

"Perfect holiday destination."

The location of the resort is ideal, so close to the beach and any other activities we wanted to do. The resort looks like a '5 star' resort with all the facilities you could want.

We would have preferred to be closer to the lifts.
