The size of the one bedroom unit we were given. It was a bit of a walk from reception but it was worth it as we had a very peaceful and quiet stay. The proximity to the beach and restaurants were handy. Kingscliff is a good base from which to explore Northern NSW.

The underground parking had some teething issues, especially with the exit gate not working.

Location!! Pool area!

Very uncomfortable, hard, lumpy bed. 2 coffee/ tea cups- 1 small, 1 large Toilet runs water after flushing for ages. Also a sewerage smell from toilet For some unknown reason we were in a disabled bathroom - no shower screening so water went all over the entire floor and flooded so we were continually mopping up with our 2 little towels to make it safe. It was an accident waiting to happen so I don’t know how a disabled person would get on
