The best trip I have ever had all staffs are very experienced and efficient out of everything me and my family specially enjoyed service at restaurant at our service food too too good staff made sure that the sitting which we liked was most of the time available my daughter liked halem dish she must have had at least 3 times of our stay I was fond of Mumbai but after visiting this hotel we will definitely visit this place in very near future our heartiest greetings to all members of Taj Duncan 👍🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or the restaurant staff, everyone was attentive, courteous, and eager to assist with a smile. The rooms were spacious, elegantly designed, and impeccably maintained, providing a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The culinary experience was another highlight—each meal was crafted to perfection, offering a delightful mix of flavors and impeccable presentation. Taj Deccan, though priced as a 5 star property, offers facilities equivalent to 3 star properties. Except the staff serving breakfast such as Mr Sailash, others lack professionalism. Front desk staff needs to put the training they get to actual use. Clear lack of supervision there. Expedia needs to come forward to rescue their clients in case of difficulties. Sadly, this was missing. Poor value of money in Taj Deccan. Felt like waste of precious holiday time.

I had a wonderful experience at Taj Deccan. The hospitality, ambiance, and service were truly exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. A special thanks to Mrs. Vaishnavi, who is an outstanding professional with a warm and welcoming personality. Her attention to customer needs made our experience even more pleasant. I also sincerely appreciate the dining service team for their thoughtful gesture of providing Suhur (pre-dawn meal) at 4 AM during Ramadan. This level of care and consideration for Muslim guests who are fasting is truly commendable. For anyone observing Ramadan, I highly recommend staying here, as they ensure you have everything you need for Suhur at the right time. Looking forward to visiting again!
