Residence Inn Hartford Rocky Hill

Elevator a little stinky but overall great place to stay. We got Expedia discount, so a break on the price orherwise a little pricy.

Suites are amazing, better than a single room. Staff was nice and accommodating.

Conveniently located for our travels, liked the 'residence' style with small kitchen, and separate rooms for everything. The hotel showed a bit of age but was clean and in a good area.

I had a wonderful stay. They are making some updates to the hotel, but my stay was still enjoyable. The hotel was clean, quiet, and in a good location.

This hotel needs a renovation, better maintenance and better front desk staff. I had previously stayed here and this visit revealed a significant decline. The room, especially the kitchen area, is dated and overall was not properly cleaned. The carpets are dirty and stained. At check in, the employee failed to recognize my membership status (Platinum) and overall provided a service level below what I usually get at a Marriott property. The breakfast was okay and the shower area appeared recently renovated. While the hotel used to be a great option for visits to the Hartford area, I no longer recommend staying at this hotel.

Dated hotel that could use some updates to the rooms. We booked a suite and the bathroom was just a little awkward. It was placed inside the master suite with no access from the living room for our kids who slept on the pull out sofa bed. They kept needing to come through our room during the night. Other hotels have had multiple doors to access the bathroom for less awkward access. There was also staining on the carpets and wallpaper.

One of the best hotels
