Other reviews mentioned that the room was small so I was a bit worried but it wasn't too bad, it was standard for this type of room. It was also quiet, clean and came with all the necessities so can't complain about that.

"Modernes und ästhetisches Hotel im Herzen der Altstadt mit dem besten Personal der Welt!"

Ausgezeichnete Lage direkt im Herzen der Altstadt - aber dabei wunderbar ruhig gelegen und umgeben von exzellenten Cafes und Restaurants. Ganz viele schöne Orte sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Hotel selbst ist sehr modern und visuell ansprechend ausgestattet. Es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine mit Trockner - besser kann man es nicht haben! Ganz besonders zu loben ist die außerordentliche Freundlichkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft des Personals. Ich bin schon viel gereist, aber ich habe noch nie so zuvorkommende und reizende Menschen erlebt wie im Plaza Hotel Kobe West!
