Please assist me the manger stated that I would receive a refund for onr.of my days. Please contact the hotel and they will refund me

They had no for in the hotel as stated when booking I had to change my room floor due to no hot water

"King bed was great/ loved the shower. Pool was freezing."

Location & location of room was great!

Pool was freezing/ pull out couch was uncomfortable per my son. Kids were disappointed about how cold the pool was.

The location and cleanliness.

The front desk staff member who checked me in was not friendly at all, I almost felt like I was almost bothering them. I had requested a crib when making my reservation and even received a confirmation email stating that the crib would be ready. However, when I arrived at the hotel, the crib wasn’t prepared. Their excuse was that I had booked through a third-party website. It seems they’re fine with accepting reservations from third-party sites, but when it comes to other requests, suddenly it’s not acceptable. On top of that, there was no clear communication about how breakfast worked—I was left to figure it out on my own. Overall, a horrible experience.
