"Falsche Beschreibung vom Zimmer"

Der Balkon sollte laut Beschreibung einen Blick auf den Innenhof haben. Stattdessen schauten wir auf eine Bretterwand die direkt an der Balkonbrüstung anschloss. Bei Anfrage bei der Rezeption wurde unfreundlich und gereizt reagiert. Eine Erklärung für die falsche Beschreibung hatten sie nicht. Zudem war die Brüstung vom Balkon dreckig und schmierig. Es wurde eine Reinigungskraft zum säubern geschickt. Als wir Abends wieder auf das Zimmer kamen war zwar zu sehen, dass abgewischt wurde, aber sehr halbherzig.

Restaurant war eine Kantine. Das Essen war sehr einfach. Im Sauna Bereich gab es Schimmel.

Zum Großteil freundliches und nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück gute Erreichbarkeit.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen... Der Saunabereich schön aber etwas abgelebt... das gilt auch für das Schwimmbad. Der Fitnessraum war leider nicht mehr vorhanden.
