We decided to stay another night, and ended up in the same room. The first night I noticed the shower walls were not very clean and the next night, they still had not been cleaned. Also, I had called to make sure the pool was working a few days before our trip, and they said yes. We get there and they said it was down for maintenance. We stay at this hotel 2-3 times a year and every time there seems to be an issue with the pool. We have yet to get to swim in it. Other than that, everything else is fine.

Bed was comfortable

We had no remote in our room for the TV. Went to breakfast at 7:30am and there was no hot food ready to eat. There was no waffle batter to make waffles. There were some sausage links but they were cold. We got some coffee and waited about 15 minutes thinking the staff was going to make more before giving up and leaving. Several other hotel guest came down for breakfast and found the same outcome.

The Hotel overall was great!!! The room was nice and loved the personalized greeting on the tv. Loved everything about the room and the woman at the desk was nice. Great Hotel!!!
