The place where to get the key is not easy to find. It is 15 minutes away walking from the appartment. The locker was empty (no key!!!) so I had to call then wait then call again then wait. I lost 1 hour plus the situation was stressful. Furthermore, it was not possible to communicate with the person who finally came because she couldn’t speak English.

To collect the house key far from the house. It's winter hopefully can do something about it.

GBbeds, really soft, with old springs, both beds seem old too, and very small single beds. both beds sunk in the middle, meaning they have been in a long use. Those need to be changed. that's our only complaint, and getting keys from a totally separate location, get a lock box nearby. the extra trip was a nuisance and so unnecessary. Also need curtains that fully cover the blinds, that let in light.
FIHandy location, spacious, nice modern decor. All that we really needed was available in the apartment.
It was a bit inconvenient to pick up keys at a different location, though it was not very far away. Apartment was on the first floor and the view was of a parking lot, however we didn't spend a lot of time in the room looking at it so it was ok. An outdoor space such as a small terrace would be nice though, especially in the summer.
