"This is NOT the normal BLOOM experience I have gotten after staying in countless BLOOM hotels."

It was a quiet place. Whoeever was there, the service was good.

I have stayed in many bloom hotels before. This one is not upto the mark. To start with: - - they turn off the lifts during the day to save costs I guess. I had to climb 2 flights of stairs to get to my room. I apreciate the receptionist assisting with my luggage thiugh. In the evening and morning they switch the lifts on. This level of cost-cutting is very obvious to guests. Why should I climb the stairs if there is a lift?!! - The kitchen !! same issue. I had to wait till 6:00.p.m. for someone to come even for tea. Looks like they run a skeleton staff here. Looks like the kitchen is operational only for breakfast and tea and dinner not during the day.

"Very friendly staff and value for the money"

Clean spacious rooms and warm shower. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Simple breakfast but every day other items. I come here for the last 4 years. Never been disappointed. The dinner is also delicious.
