Pool was not working, No Wifi. I called office and I got rude answer, person stated they would fix it in 15 minutes. It never got fixed and I never heard back. At check out. I asked for an invoice, I was told they don't give invoices because of 3rd party booking. I checked with 3rd party and the said hotel must give an invoice. Lady in yhe office again was rude. I offered to pay for the invoice and was told. "It says 0 balance but if you want it with 0 balance, I guess I can print it for you. You must really need it?" Well, it's not that I need it. Where I come from it is common courtesy. Especially if a client is requesting a copy. I stayed there before. I have to admit. Place has gotten dirty, and service has gotten worse. A lot worse. I will not be returning. I paid for all the services that they offer and I did not receive them. On top of that some employees seem to think it is ok to give you attitude. No thanks.

The room, the price, the " breakfast" which was watered down juice and off brand english muffins and 2 bananas. No exaggeration thats all the breakfast was. Staff was very rude

The parking lot kinda small space and need make more extra space packing lot so maybe in future why not set up make a new big space parking out

The staff was super friendly and the pool was small but nice

You can hear everything around you anytime someone was outside our room it woke me up. Very run down hotel and breakfast was so disappointing I wished I had gone with another hotel without it and gotten better facilities. I don’t feel it was worth what we paid.

I liked the front desk and cleaning staff very friendly. Thank you 😊
