Very Loud - room near side entrance - constant activity on first floor with gym and pool. Children jumping off the bed in the room directly above us and running hard - until 1:00am. Got worse after staff asked them to quiet down.

I like that they have a pool and hot tub. I like the adult time from 10pm-11. Room was nice.

We were supposed to get our room cleaned on Saturday and they didnt. I told the front desk and the lady said we had a do not disturb on our door.....I can assure you we did not!! No apology just threw more towels to me....Not good customer service!! None of them were very friendly!

Very conveniently located in the middle of downtown Frankenmuth, walkable to the area stores and restaurants. Amenities were great including the breakfast which was included with the stay. Would recommend this hotel!

Location was perfect. Walking distance to shops and restaurants but quiet at night.

Breakfast was good, but they were often slow to keep some things refilled
