I missed having a coffee maker and iron in the room.

Very clean with large rooms and shared areas. Beautiful views in all directions including Bay of Naples and Mt Vesuvius. All employees made us feel welcome good shuttle service down to town of Sorrento where there was plenty of shops and restaurants!

This hotel is very spacious and clean. The staff are generally friendly and helpful. The outside area is really good and the shuttle to and from Sorrento is really good, room facilities are fine.

The breakfast is ultra basic and the same every day , you will end up wanting to go to Sorrento for breakfast. "Radical" is really really good. Not far from the drop off point. However what really annoyed us was the temperature in the rooms. We went in mid April and they refuse to turn on the air con at that time of year in order to save money. Every night it was too hot and difficult to sleep, even with the window ajar. After complaining they gave us fans , but really in a 4* , if the guest complains about over heating , you expect aircon to be enabled.
