The location of the hotel

No TV . No food service, we did not even get water from staff. Rates were high, I could have easily got a 3 star for the same rate.

Building and location looks old and abandoned but Rooms and property is well maintained. Must recommended if you want room close to station

Thanks to his patience for taking multiple calls even in the late night to early morning Hot water 24hours available (Rarely found this in other hotels in Margao) Close to railway station. Just 1km away from Margao railway station if exit is taken from platform no. 3 In-room dining available. Room service available. Cab rental services available at reasonable prices. Spacious rooms. Close to Gandhi market

Location and property exterior seems bit old but it is great from inside. Initially I was hesitant to enter property but thought of seeing rooms since I came to the hotel. My perception completely changed after seeing rooms and hotel reception.
