I booked a 14-night stay and had already spent part of my vacation at the property when I became seriously unwell and was forced to leave halfway through my stay. I explained the situation to the property and asked for help or at least some understanding regarding the unused nights. Instead of discussing the matter, the property referred me to Booking.com. Booking.com then informed me that only the property could make a decision regarding any refund or compensation. As a result, both sides simply passed responsibility to each other. The property stopped responding completely, and Booking.com also stopped communicating. I understand that policies and rules exist, but when a guest has to leave early because of health problems, I expected at least some willingness to help, communicate, or consider the circumstances. The most disappointing part was not only the financial loss for the unused nights, but the complete lack of customer care and responsibility. After the guest had already stayed at the property and faced an unexpected health issue, neither the property nor Booking.com made any effort to assist. I hope the management will finally respond and handle this situation properly.

L'hôtel Tagadirt est très bien situé. Mon séjour a été inoubliable et nous avons passé d'excellents moments. Le personnel est attentif, professionnel et très réactif. Un grand merci tout particulièrement à l'équipe de la réception pour son accueil chaleureux, sa disponibilité et son efficacité tout au long de notre séjour. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j'espère y revenir prochainement.
