Our stay at this hotel was exceptional from start to finish. A special thank you to Rabab at breakfast service. Although the breakfast selection was not the largest, her warm welcome, professionalism, and genuine kindness made all the difference, what stood out most was how every guest was treated equally, whether local or international, the hospitality and customer service were outstanding and made us feel truly valued. At dinner, Chef Abdul Basit absolutely exceeded our expectations, as they say, “Let him cook!” His talent and passion were evident in every dish, the food was incredibly delicious, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor, even our mother, who is an excellent Moroccan cooker and has very high standards when it comes to food, was genuinely impressed by the quality of the meals. A big thank you as well to Yasin, who provided excellent service throughout dinner, the cold dishes arrived promptly, followed by the hot dishes served exactly as they should be hot and fresh, even the French fries were perfectly crispy, his attention to detail and professionalism contributed greatly to our dining experience. We would also like to recognize Adnan at the reception, from the moment we checked in, he went above and beyond to make us comfortable, we arrived tired from our journey, and he immediately took care of all our luggage without hesitation. Later, when we ordered food from outside the hotel, he personally came to assist us, his kindness, dedication, and gentlemanly attitude did not go unnoticed. Our experience from A to Z was truly wonderful, as a Moroccan guest, i can confidently recommend this hotel to both fellow Moroccans and international tourists, the staff’s hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care for guests make this hotel a place worth returning to. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable.
