Level of cleanliness...at breakfast...random strands of other guests hair in room… some on the wall.

Everything from the moment i checked in to the rooms ,environment was exceedingly acceptable

Todo me gustó excepto una cosa

El servicio y calidad del desayuno. Por ejemplo la crema para el café, 2 días estuve, 2 días que se había acabado y no repusieron mientras estaba allí. Lo mismo con el queso crema y así. Deben tener a una persona todo el tiempo para atender a los huéspedes si algo se acaba.

Room was a decent size.

Breakfast was horrible. Flavoed water for coffee, turkey sausage that sat in water, no bread, just bagel, no jelly and the biggest insult watery instant oatmeal. I've been to many hotels and this was the worst breakfast ever.

Property was nice, clean, plenty of parking.

It wasn’t really the property but I booked a room they booking.com . When I got to the hotel I was told they were sold out. But the manager was very helpful and after about 15 mins she was able to find me a room for the week. It was a very nice room.

Room refresh only occurs every 4th day. Breakfast was mediocre and poorly staffed...table cleaning did not occur. I had a king suite. The TV was in the adjacent room rather than in the bedroom. Bathroom had no amenities and shower was poorly designed so that you had to in front of the shower head when you turn it on and thus get sprayed by cold water until it gets hot... which it never did.

Great beds, spotless room, good location

Surly front desk staff didn’t even look up when we walked past or said good morning!
