"Disappointing for the cost"

The grounds and pool are beautiful as is the restaurant and bar area. The rooms are quite nice and were clean.

The service was appalling as was the buffet dinner. There is no other option for dinner and it’s expensive and the food just sits there and isn’t refreshed. Also there were a lot of flies/ bugs around the food with no nets to protect it didn’t feel very sanitary. The hotel organised a transfer for me which never arrived after a wedding and I am 8 months pregnant so that was not good. Also there was a mouse in our room which the hotel seemed unphased by and didn’t give us a discount or anything. All in all I can’t quite believe this hotel is 5 stars.

A localização (perto do aeroporto), o pequeno-almoço razoável.

O funcionário do check in demasiado trapalhão, não explicou nada sobre o hotel e para finalizar reservei um quarto king size com cama de casal e foi atribuído um com 2 camas sendo que, devido ao facto de estarem cheios, não pudemos trocar.
