Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig. Auch der Aussenbereich/Pool sind sehr grosszügig mit vielen Möglichkeiten zum Verweilen oder etwas trinken.

Leider ist unser Depot auf der Kreditkarte bis heute reserviert, trotz mehrmaligen Anrufen und Mails. Wir sind bereits seit mehr als zwei Wochen wieder zuhause. Schade!

Zimmer mit (nicht verschlossenen) Verbindungstüren zu anderen Zimmern. Diese Zimmer waren mit fremden Personen belegt. Man konnte/musste jedes Gespräch mitverfolgen. Außerdem Bettwanzen im Zimmer. Für 5 Sterne absolut unterirdisch! Wir sind sofort wieder abgereist und warten noch immer auf die Erstattung des Preises für die nicht in Anspruch genommenen Zimmer...

Sehr freundliches Personal, gute Zimmerausstattung, sehr gutes Frühstück

Die Speisekarte bis 19 Uhr ist sehr eingeschränkt, wird einem Hotel dieser Klasse nicht gerecht. Das abendliche Büffet ist preiswert, bei zwei Besuchen haben wir aber exakt die gleichen Speisen vorgefunden bei mittlerer Qualität; abends ist a la carte nicht möglich.
