La ubicación, tiene acceso directo a la playa. Las instalaciones en general estaban muy bien.

Los servicios no se corresponden con un hotel de 5 estrellas. Las horas de todas las comidas cierran muy temprano para ser España, el buffet del desayuno es completo pero de poca calidad y en alguna de las comidas realizadas allí nos han puesto patatas rancias y comida recalentada. Además el acceso al parking era muy dificultoso, había que rodear todo el hotel y no tenía acceso directo a la recepción. La habitación que anunciaban con vistas al mar no las tenía, solo se veía el mar de refilón, aunque es verdad que después de quejarnos a booking no cambiaron a otra habitación mejor que estaba muy bien.

La ubicación del hotel y su acceso directo a la playa.

Le sobra una Estrella. En un hotel de cinco estrellas habría un botones para cogerte las molestarte y subirtelas a la habitación además de bajartelas rn el día de la salida y no ha ocurrido ninguna de esas dos cosas. La calidad del desayuno y cena tampoco corresponde a un cinco estrellas. Yo lo dejaria en cuatro estrellas y gracias.
