Frühstück top, sehr gute Auswahl. Hotel etwas außerhalb des Zentrums, jedoch mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist das Zentrum gut erreichbar. Hoteleigene Parkgarage

Zimmer sehr abgewohnt, zum Teil Einrichtung kaputt. Schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Buona posizione. Bus 4 N dopo 2 fermate tram 4 diretto in centro. Buona colazione varia ed abbondante.

Ho prenotato 2 giorni in mezza pensione. Al ristorante mi viene detto che il mio badget per la cena è di 25 euro per l'adulto e i bimbi, di 9 e il maggiore ormai di quasi 14 anni hanno il menù bimbi del valore di 15€. I prezzi elevati del ristorante permettevano ben poco. Allora ci hanno detto di prendere un antipasto e primo o solo un secondo e contorno. Siamo andati alla reception e ci hanno detto di seguire le direttive del ristorante. Sì è evidenziato una totale mancanza di comunicazione tra direzione hotel e ristorante. Se offrite una mezza pensione potete proporre un menù indicato da voi Antipasto a buffet, primo,secondo, contorno e dolce,come è sempre una mezza pensione rientrando nel vostro badget. Menù bambino adeguato. Il ragazzo di 14 anni non è più bambino. O non proponete proprio la mezza pensione. È molto fastidioso arrivare a cena e sentirsi dire di rispettare un badget impossibile per i prezzi proposti dal ristorante quando si è pagato già il servizio. Occorre trasparenza. Alla reception non è stata data l'informazione del badget per cena. Avevamo notato dei prezzi 2x 25€ adulti e 2x 15€ bambini nel cartellino consegnatoci, ma nessuna spiegazione. Al ristorante si nota mancanza di comunicazione con reception. Booking non so se al corrente. Se sì specificare al momento della proposta mezza pensione come realmente sono le cose. Altrimenti non proporre proprio.
