To be greeted by Maurizio is to be welcomed home. A more gracious, helpful, and caring manger one cannot find ! A perfect beginning to a delightful stay. The executive lounge is amongst the best one can find anywhere. Esthetically charming and comfortable, with the quality and offering of food better than any other lounge. The staff, Dara, Irwan, Sam and everyone else are exceptional. Professional , helpful and genuinely caring. They take hospitality to whole new level. A reason to return! The front desk staff are wonderfully helpful , especially Ahmed. Thank you to Maurizio and his wonderful staff for a delightful stay , making one feel at home.

Sauna and the steaming room

Bathing soap was not adequate and on one day towels were not provided. In the bathing rooms in the Sauna there was no body lotion on one occassion.
