Court Plaza Inn & Suites of Mackinaw

It was convenient. Close to everything.

Was no body lotion. Doesn’t offer a breakfast.

I appreciate the convenience of being able to walk to the restaurants and stores in Downtown Mackinaw City. The shower head is excellent, and I enjoy taking a shower after a long day. The room is clean overall, but the towels have a yellowish tint and need to be upgraded. Additionally, the fridge in the room is not cold enough. It would also be beneficial to have a microwave available, as it makes sense to have one alongside the fridge for warming up food. The check-in and check-out was easy and the staff were friendly.

The pool and the stairs leading up to the second floor are located directly behind the wall of room 119. Unfortunately, during our stay, a family with young children kept running up and down the stairs and slamming doors. It would be helpful if the front desk could limit the placement of families with small children on the second floor to help minimize this issue.

The water pressure was great. The short walk to the ferry was perfect.

No microwave or frig.

beds were so poor and hot tub was not hot even a little bit. The hot tub also had SO much sand in it.

Close to everything. The room was spacious, well organized, and clean. Worth to mention, the bathroom was big, clean, and overall better than in some other more expensive hotels. We had a good rest, thank you!

no counter space in bathroom. no daily checks in room, had to dump our own trash more then once. wasnt notified that if we wanted our room cleaned, we had to call and requested it. p
