The Capital Hotel and Resort Seminyak

Hôtel ok. Bien situé mais a besoin de rénovation. Il y a des traces d’humidité partout. Le petit déjeuner est très limité et toujours la même chose. Les espaces communs sont très chauds et le gym est un sauna! Ils veulent pas partir l’air climatisé! Les serviettes propres sont souvent sales avec des taches jaunes. J’ai demandé de les changer à chaque fois. Les chambres communicantes sont bruyantes. Les gens qui y travaillent sont très gentils et serviables toujours le sourire dessiné sur le visage. Pour moi c’est un hôtel 3 étoiles et pas 4.

Very poor . So many rules and all had to be signed for . Fines for every misdemeanour, losing key card , food delivered to room , etc etc . Notices everywhere with rules . Mosquitoes in reception . Breakfast inedible and before we were allowed to leave , searched our room to make sure nothing stolen !

Just a basic hotel nothing fancy all that impressive. Towels yellow, not too white, cell phone connection are low signal downstairs the lobby has no AC very very hot. Breakfast is not really great.

Jut stayed for one night. Lobby entrance is around the side of the building with the restaurant taking front and center of the building so was a bit misleading initially but found it easily after that. Hotel is a bit dated but comfortable. Conveniently located in Seminyak with a supermarket next door for your needs and cafes/restaurants within walking distance as well. Didnt get to use the facilities like the pool but gym looked small but with decent equipment including barbells etc.

Our stay was overall pretty good, the room and bathroom was very clean and well maintained. My only issues were that the water in the shower wouldnt stay at one temperature, you could hear noise from the hallway and although they stated that breakfast was from 7-10am - we went one morning around 7.20 and it wasnt ready yet. But pretty minor issues. Overall happy with our accommodation and would stay again.

after a long fight with previous property. greet by a warmest welcome at this hotel. the staffs very helpful to accommodate every single my requests. the room villa itself very clean and spacious. will be back for sure with another family and friends next time.
